Is it possible to make it an all-class item?

Even for the Medic it shouldn't be a problem if the tome floats behind the medigun's backpack, since Valve themselves back in 2011 or 2012 added a Halloween cosmetic that completely replaces the Medic's backpack with a "Mad Science" backpack regardless of which medigun he's using.

I didn't even know that was possible with body slot cosmetics in TF2!
Looks awesome, if this isn't added for Halloween 2021 I don't know what.
