For everyone saying it doesent do anything, be sure that other spell mods (Except for Spell Evolutions) Is off. It will not work with them.

I would love to see this improoved. The spells have ridicolous pushback and a explosion through terrain way to often and I haven't figured out how to change that with the experimental options. Visual explosives are also far off with the actual range most of the time. I still play with it and get fun spells but this would be so much better if improoved.

Any updates? A deeper customization of spell generation would be nice. There is also a bug that if you specify the number of spells around 1-50, with the "replace spells" option enabled, empty spells appear with a mana cost of 10, which do nothing.

Also the terrain thing, most explosives don't damage the terrain at all. It would be nice if they also had a tag that told you what level of terrain destruction that spell can do.

It would be nice if Explosive spells had more sane values for explosion radius. Everything seems to end up with explosions that are too small, or too large.

Also it would be nice if all spells could be tagged with whether or not it can hurt the player directly. I can't tell why some do and some don't. I've gotten giga discs that don't hurt the player and random spells with high knockback 1 damage explosions that do hurt the player. And spells that have no lifetime so explode and kill the player when fired.

Same for me, the idea blows my mind!
When I first installed this mod and set the number of procedural spells to 1000... I was overexcited like at Christmas... x1000!!!
But unfortunately the 3 spells I found were all 3 projectiles that did no damage, or very little, so they were not balanced with their cost/speed, and each time their description did not match the reality of the projectile effect.
Example of description: "Explosive Orb" => The spell shoots an orb (ok) that does not explode... (ups)
The idea is so incredible and exciting, it almost makes me want to look at the code to try to tweak it ^^... but I'm already doing my first mod and I'm already struggling enough as it is ^^.

If you ever update it with more balancing and generation rules that generate interesting spells (almost) all the time, I will reinstall it with extreme pleasure!

A lot of the spells that generated for me don't explode when they should, cannot break terrain, and have negative knockback.

This mod has so much potential though. I understand the entertainment value of something as chaotic, random, and unpredictable as randomized spells, but if a new version with a little bit of balancing and bug fixes were made, it would genuinely be one of the best (if not the best) mods I've ever downloaded for Noita.

I'm noticing a lot of the projectile spells have no sprites; they just look like translucent, purple circles.

I start with no spells in any of my spell slots no matter what I do with the generation enabled in ConfigLib, dunno what to do abt that.

It seems to only re-generate spells upon restart of the game rather upon new run. I have a mod that spawns a wand with drill as an always cast. which, unless I restart does the same thing every seed.

Really fun mod! Those spell variety it adds is incredible! The only drawback that most of the spells have very high knockback which causes enemies to jump close to you when you shoot them

Ofcourse it doesn't keep track of discovered spells, every time you restart the spells you discovered no longer exist. Nothing i can do about that.

Imagine procedural perks, that would be even crazier. This is a really nice mod, and makes Noita more interesting when you're tired of the typical gameplay. Good job.

as others have said, literally no spells i have had after many runs would even blow up dust terrain like gunpowder even when it definitely should

Yep, spells don't destroy terrain. Even explosive ones. I even added the explosion modifier, and nothing.

So far i havnt found any explosive / terrain destroying spells and beginning to think theres a bug with terrain destruction and the generated spells

i think the crashes/freezes at the holy mountain somehow happen cause of Arcane Reliquary, since it places some sort of machine at the entrance, no idea why does that seemingly affect this mod though

not been able to see any spells that cause explosions that affect terrain yet - even with explosive chance 100% and explosive hole chance 100% it doesn't seem to work. great mod though!
