Hi! I weld it by attaching a rod below the connector, using a Weld Kebab script (look in my workshop). Close to the rotation center if poissible. Large welder should have range to weld it fully from sides if the basement with projection is rotated around vertical axis.

I'm sorry, seems like the toolbar is still outdated. It is not really necessary unless you fly it manually a lot.

Hmm, i think there should be battery group button, to change Recharge->Auto - good when you want to fly drone manually from docked position.
And probably command:create-task when looking through camera.
Just to clarify, you found the main page of SCAM script, right? This drone is meant to be used as a part of that system, not on it's own.
