No, you can't remove them, You'd have to make a new set of crosshairs without them. But, for the life of me, I can't understand why one would not want the bite and melee crosshairs!

Really like this crosshairs, but is there any way to remove the skulk and melee crosshairs?

Good crosshairs. I was more used to "pro" minimalistic crosshairs (simple dot, small crosses, pink crosshairs...) these ones are pleasant to see and effective. Currently using them (before I go try another one :D).
