@redragons did you install the original mod by silfae? That has all the art.

If it's still not working, try (with Stellaris closed) unsubscribing from both mods, then subscribing to them. Open the Launcher and let them finish downloading before you launch the game again. Try loading just these two mods in a playset by themselves to make sure it works, then add them in with your main playset.

I appreciate this :), sadly these girls never show up on my screen. What should I do? Do I need to install mass effect or something?

@Master Necro yes, although I intend to finish all of them individually first. That will make it most convenient for users instead of me possibly adding game-breaking changes to it as I complete each portrait group.
