@BoJibbidy it probably needs it if your garry's mod isn't downloading the textures properly. Try my 2nd version of this map to see if you have the same issues.

Because of no prop areas. This map was created for the Unknown Infernos Basewars server and this was added as a prevention from people blocking portals or spawnpoints.

All the textures and models are compiled with the map.
It should work without needing CSS or any other game. try going to your addons folder and deleting the map, and redownloading it!
