stellarisの本体設定が「日本語」になっていれば日本語訳ファイルが使用されます。
従来の日本語訳modを併用する場合だと英訳ファイルが使用されてしまうので、その場合は手動で「localisation」フォルダの「fantasmagoria_l_japanese.yml」内の「l_japanese:」を「l_english:」に変更し、「fantasmagoria_l_english.yml」を消去してください。
