Does the mod make them permanently accesories or does it make it so theres a weapon version and an accesory version

Really cool mad, the umbrella isn't held when the nightglow is held, I think because the nightglow requires the player's hand to be outstretched holding it

hey, are you sure you replaced those old files with the new ones since it says it doesnt run on tmod 2023.6.25.36 but that instead it runs on 2022.6.2.0

I'm having the same problem as Degonitta--the version of the mod it displays on tmodloader still says 1.2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the mod did not fix this problem either. I'm not quite sure how updating mods works; did you mistakenly forget to upload the new version's files when you updated the mod? Likely my favourite mod, so I'd love to see it up and running in 1.4.4.

I get version 1.2, not 1.2.1. Because of this I get an error that this mod is deprecated for TML version 2023.6.25.36 and suitable for 2022.6.2.0.

Is it possible to add the ability to choose to equip umbrellas as an accessory or to use as a weapon?

I get that featherfall potions are mass producable and that's very cool but could you remove the featherfall from the umbrella anyway

That could be a limitation of the basic umbrella. By the time tragic umbrella is available you can mass produce featherfall potions.

Great mod. However it can be a little overpowered.
I suggest adding a player.velocity.Y > 0 check before setting player.slowFall = true; to be more inline with the original umbrella slow fall.

This is currently one of the mods broken in the new 1.4 update, so it most likely applies to your cane mod as well!

Umbrellas give the same effect as a featherfall potion. Which stacks with any other movement equipment you'd want to use. If you want to save an accesory slot simply use those.

Could you add a compatibility with Wing Slot Extra where Umbrellas count as Wings when that's enabled? or do you disagree with that placement?
My reasoning: They fill the role of the slow fall when not able to keep going up
