Are you saying that Zeus Crow modules have the ability to change textures of objects in-game? I am familiar with the scripts to change an object's texture to a flat color, but I wouldn't be able to replicate the digital camo scheme unless Crows has a preloaded AAF texture. Although that wouldn't look very good.

Alternatively, I could, so long as it's kosher, just yoink the texture of the helmet out of the mod files, make my own template, and put a lovely AAF style digital green camo over it. That would probably work way better than any Zeus module ever would. Hell, you'd be welcome to then take that texture and adapt it back into your own mod if you so pleased.

Basically, I'm happy to do the work myself, so long as it's allowed, but your mod is listed as APL-ND instead of APL-SA, so I can't even make reskins.

Unfortunately I do not have time to do this currently. You can however use zeus to recolor it in game and set them to the aaf color scheme

Might I pester you for an AAF variant of these headpieces? It'd fit in nicely. I've been using these for elite versions of ION mercenaries in my campaign.

Why am i getting COG vibes from this? Specifically COGs from Gears 2 and 3 helmet vibes.

about the ACE compat, specifically for hearing, that value may possibly have to be explicitly redeclared.
In any case, the relevant values in this mod do not reflect your thoughts correctly.
no ACE auditory protection in this version.

i wish the multicam and the other camos would only have the camo on certain parts of the helmet to make them look less... weird?

It should have the same setting for hearing as the viper

this helmet isn't his. this is the famous ronin helmet, from devtac. He just made a mod for it on arma. But if you are saying that he should add more armor to the game, then I would consider the new modular armor system from the US Army, with modular vests and a customizable helmet with even jaw-protection, similar to the ctrg stealth helmet, but with a visor. I think that jaw protection to the contact dlc modular helmet would be great too

This helmet isn’t American. It’s actually Japanese made.

poggers this helmet is american not CSAT. the CSAT helmet irl 12 years from now, would be much bulkier than us gear. arma 3 was and is very innacurate for the tech imbalance the US has( why would we use the merkava tank when the ABRAMS is beast?))

3 years later after asking for this in the forums it finally got released by someone.

I had inspiration from the original helmet.

As for inspiration I would guess the author got the 'idea' from Escape From Tarkov because many know the helmet (such as I) from that game.

@Cipher This helmet is a real helmet made by DevTac in Japan (I think it was Japan).
It was first just an airsoft helmet for recreational but I believe after some pressure from community or something they made a ballistic helmet variant capable of stopping a .44 Magnum round.
