I can help alone the process, see these two represent pretty much my current maximum effort within Hammer this and that a little bit of thought and I have a working theory of what is going on, I am no close to being a nature within Hammer as Skyferret is but I can see the door is not in instance or not in a properly written one.

bug 2 happens when a portal is next too a displacement because Source. and I will look into bug 1

Major bug #1 and #2 unplayable, looks interesting but no idea where Two-Dot even is.
