This addon is redundant, since there's already a sword in the Minecraft pack, and all models are resizable.

@-G- Starlight918 open the model, open body, there should be a thing there called "Root Transform", right click it and a list of options will appear, click the one that says: "Add scale to root transform" or something like that.

If only people had pickaxes and armor for SFM...

And there's nothing special about this model. Any model can be resized in SFM by right clicking and selecting "Add scale control to transforms"...

Well you can add custom skins like the ones used on most hats and player models. You just need to change the texture from diamond to any sword texure in Minecraft
