Well I'm not gonna do on this mod, considering this is recoloured mod, not reskin mod. I would recommend you to suggest this on Enhanced (L4D2) survivors mod. But I'll say it's unlikely though
I'm not planning to port this onto gmod since there's already mod that fixed l4d2 infected texture (that you've mention it) but the reason it has one variation only because GMOD doesn't support textures that utilise colour system

While this mod is a remake based on "The Last Stand" colour palette, despite reusing from enhanced l4d1 fallen survivors or L4D overhaul common infected (rural jacket) colour palette
