does this affect heroes only, or all units?

this mod only changes the status of warrior when they reach the threshold of exhausted, very tired, tired, winded... not how they get tired.

in game, warriors get tired when they do things, like fighting, charging, climbing wall... and if they do nothing, just standing still, their stamina will refill a little bit by time

is the amount of time between thresholds longer? Or is the time they get more tired the same?
