I'd need more context, from what I understand it should work just fine unless something changed recently or if you're using a particular type of NPC I haven't tested against, or if another addon is conflicting with the hook I'm using.

Hey dude, I'm running into an issue where NPCs wont drop loot cases. Is there a way to fix this?

The briefcase model is already configurable in the settings panel, just put the model's path in the textbox. It should work as long as it has physics normally.
