I've tried using the extra tab in the Recipe Browser. When filters aren't applied, it attempts to load all armor sets simultaneously which causes the game to freeze for 2-3 minutes. This implementation may not be optimal for smooth gameplay, though I appreciate the feature suggestion.

Thanks for the feedback. Sadly, most stats that armor provide are not "quantifiable" via item properties, so it is severely lacking in functionality because of that. Compare it to items where most properties are specific to the item such as damage, attack speed, etc.

I suggest using the Recipe Browser mod if you want to compare armor sets, it has an extra tab for that displaying all armor sets

Personal Usage Review: When comparing the attribute differences between two armor sets, the mod currently only displays the Defense value (likely because I'm wearing modded armor), so its primary utility is limited to comparing the flight duration of wings. A potential improvement could be allowing users to hold the Shift key to simultaneously display the unique attributes of both armor sets. This would eliminate the need for complex algorithms while making comparisons more intuitive.

@GankAlpaca: Added the keybind in v0.2.1. Also note that it should be bound in the Gamepad/UI section, see the mod description for details.

Can you please add a separate keybind in the controls setting to change the stat comparison keybind? Currently as I understand it's hard tied to autoselect bind. I play on controller and while you can still compare items using controller it shares the same button with trash/throw the item and unless you favourite the item you will just throw/trash it. And even for pc it's nice to have more freedom with binds. Thanks in advance🙏^^

Heads up this mod broke all item tooltips for me out of no where. No clue how it happened, mod was working fine for a while then suddenly tooltips from items vanished.

What you described is intended behavior. the hint is the "(Hold auto select key (left shift))" part

I think there is a bug with config, I have "always show comparison" set to off and "don't show hint tooltip" set to on, but i still have tooltip "=Stat Comparison Available=", when i set "don't show hint tooltip" to off i have tooltip "=Stat Comparison Available: (Hold auto select key (left shift))="

in multiplayer it breaks a lot of items. from mods. like a ring from the vitality mod. on my friends game. was the bow. but it was still a ring on mine so there was no animations nor could i see the arrows, so he was just shooting air.

so would much appreciate a fix on that stuff

Seems like the comparriosn doesn't work when you try to compare 2 items of the same type, but with different modifiers. At least it's not working for me with one "Terrible" Bone Sword and one normal Bone Sword without any modifiers.

Hook Stats and Wing Stats is buggy at the moment, not this mod.
