Sorry if i sound bitter, but I was a little pissed realizing 10 hours of game time is invalidated because each of the nations couldn't get their DHEs. In my game carthage was weaker than usual because of this.
the DHE events are themselves not removed, but you removed their caller, so the events will never fire when using your mod. the main_event_pulse_country on_action/pulse, specifically in its random_events block
line 1260 of 00_custom_on_action.txt, also everything after that is removed too for no good reason.
These are trigger_onlys hooked into the pulses, how are they gonna fire without the pulse code?
I sincerely hope it is obvious why you not removing the event itself here doesn't mean anything
have you ever not wondered why the Legis Actiones event never fires when you use your mod? it's because you decided to wipe out literal 1000 lines of code when you messed with 00_custom_on_action.txt and i don't doubt this sloppiness extends to the ill thought out meddling of other files too.
It's fine if you don't like the base game distinctions, this is not how you remove them. just remove the buffs they give and that's all you needed to do, elegance itself.
No other mods that had anything to do with Legions, only things like buildings and cosmetics
