if this does get into the game for the Anniversary, what would it's contents be? a Team Spirit reskin maker of the stock items(team colored and team decals on things like the bat and bottle) that is also civ grade? some new Mann Co Event skin? some hats?

Much better than not celebrating nor recognising TF2's anniversary at all.

I don't like the idea of "let us all celebrate TF2 anniversary together by making you pay for stuff"

This is a cool idea, but Steam just loves putting in the same damn case but reskined out every year.

Not just anniversary cases, but something like the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ collection, which would be more then the Smissmass sweater skin.

In a perfect world, Fall cases, Anniversary cases, and Halloween cases would co-exist. All released within the timespan of a single month.
