It is very close, will release it soon, complete rework of the Mall, much more detail and stores.

Good news, I am in the process of remastering this entire map: getting rid of the errors, adding an entire new wing of stores to "Montgomery Ward", also adding a new corridor inside, will be out by the end of the month. Going to be updating some of the textures and adding more detail. JC Penny will also have a second floor.

Tip: you can pack assets like models and materials inside the .bsp file itself using VIDE.

I think you can generate one yourself via console. I know there is a command for it. I've done it before on my map

This model has the same filename as the two missing pots but the path seems to be different.

Pots are from css_game_content, the trees are from a stupid pack nobody has. I should change this.
