Great buildings... fix the spawn location of loot in them though... stuff spawns in walls, floating in air... needs fixed

I run an Arsteinen server with the new Roaming AI from Expansion.
The AI are getting stuck in what I believe are Fishy buildings. I posted a message in the Expansion discord and the Arsteinen map maker's discord, but the response in the Expansion discord was to message the creator of the assets directly. Can you provide assistance in figuring out a fix for this issue?

It would be great to be able to put lock codes on the doors.

On my personal server with some friends I want to use these but with no furniture. I plan to use the mod immersive storage which is vanilla furniture with inventory. AKA place some across the map to find as bases. I would be willing to pay if the is an easy enough task to do? Excellent mod that fits DayZ.

Sorry, I'm sure this is a stupid question, but, how do you place them on your map? Everytime I place one with object spawner, they're half underground and always facing south.

I dont know what repacking is, I wanted to just add the houses as is to my server via editor in diff spots
