Its not that useful... a general gains 1 elephant mount and it replaces his entire bodyguard...
General without his bodyguard will panic and run in records mode... And the elephant isn't fast enough to catch up with anyone. Gets tired quickly... panics... runs away....

I don't thinks so, not sure. I think it only disables active skills.

Does it also disable passive abilities? For example, "Disciplined", from Yue Jin's Expert Maneuvers, or his "+5 melee evasion" from Diligence.

You are right, I am glad I downloaded this. I am sure Confucius is smiling down on my campaign, as Cao Mengde is now riding the battle beast Cao Zhong didn't even realize he'd brought him (Cao Zhong was CaoCao's son who learned to weigh elephants by water)

Yeah elephant will disable his abilites. The strongest elephant is broken tho. You can abuse the charge all the time by circleing it manually.

It says "Disables abilities"? I want to do a historical runthrough while seeing Cao Cao on an elephant, but I'm worried his skills are worth more than the elephant melee.
