Yes, it's obvious. This is a mod that allows you to have way more units on the battlefield than what the game engine was designed to handle. So of course it's gonna be extremely laggy if you have 500-700 units active at the same time
This is not fixable, it's like complaining you can't properly fit 10L of water in a standard water bottle, it wasn't designed to handle this much

Just wait, as we all do and the news from Eugen is there is going to a new patch coming and a new DLC (bloody bad as PI).
