@FLKR the justitia weapon comes from the 2 games "lobotomy corporation" and "library of ruina" from project moon

So, you start with just the core game and this mod. Then go from there. Add one at a time or a bunch until you get the conflict.

I don't get any errors when launching the game.

Yep, seems that with heavily modded game, can't get past scenario selection when this mod enabled. No idea.. what might be cause.
