I know I'm pretty much very late to the party, but I really like this mod.
There is a problem, though.
In 5 years the game receive more phrases and now most of them are not covered by this mod.

Is there any hope to see this mod updated?

Well, sorry if that sounds rude. I just prefer Miyamoto Musashi (since he is a great swordsman and teached me how to be a true samurai; lol)

You can use GCFscape (google it) to open the .vpk file in your workshop_temp folder.
To the file from this subscribe has the same id as this page url to help you find it.
(ID = 256522639). From there you should be able to see the files I used. Then finally I use the workshop clientmod publish feature. That is all.
