I wonder why The Moonwalkers aren't already included within the Space Diver. Sure, more objects leave more freedoms but with only 3 slots available you can't use the whole set of 4 items this way.

Jupiter Jetpack can be a weapons replace secondary that give ability of double jump or like fly 3seconds. That can make sense because pyro is for flank and he can jump with Detonator. So flying for 3sec can be good to reach point you normaly can't. Awesome set btw.

Sparkwire, I think if all this is cosmetics then the jetpack or gloves should be a part of the space diver...
Unless if one of these goes in your action slot or is a weapon.
