And if it does attack more often, that would mean you would get les tier 3 settlements around the map?
I was wondering If the reason I see less AI tier 3 settlements is because of this, or just because growth was nerfed by CA a while ago and I haven't played much since...

I think you mean OvN, not SFO.
I'm not going to do that. Like the 3 exceptions I listed above, I think most users using that submod would prefer it to have walls. You may want to edit my mod for personal use to accomplish that.
Load order for this mod doesn't matter. Have fun!

GCCM still works, except on the Skeggi map.
I would, however, trade walls in minor settlements for extra garrison. True, your garrison mod helps, but I would need even more of a garrison in minor settlements to willingly give up walls.
Sieges are terrible in WH2, so making them less common is a way of preserving my sanity.
