Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand, to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and its radius of action. Just add this entry to the file, and your mod will give loyalty too !!!

@wseslaw: the texture comes from a scan of an Albania statue of Stalin. I tried to change the blacker parts, but it ultimately looked dodgy. Making it plain black would potentially lose details that are in the texture, and not in the model itself.

I'm also no where near skilled enough to do a better job sadly.

Would you like to make also a skin without this snow or whatever it is, just in plain black?

@B.I.G. Snus'o'eater: because unfortunately the statue is old, and brass statues without repair go that shade. It was sadly the best I could with the scan given.

I think it gives it an "authentic" and weathered feel personally ;)

@Al.Nenninger: I get you mate! I prefer starting in the 60s, and all the modernism that goes with it. But, this has been one that has been requested, and yeah if you're doing a post war save, it makes sense! Heck, you could even build it, and then remove it in the dead of night sometime after 1953 if you wanted to be accurate!!!

@Аронес Кельтер: That's the "weathered" look the original model had, rather than snow. I tried to clean it up, but the actual statue that was scanned is in pretty bad shape it appears. Sorry if that has ruined it for you!

Unfortunately I recently removed all my Stalin era mods because I had too many and I usually prefer an early 60s style but thanks for this. I’m not a Stalinist myself but I think it’s really necessary if you go for that era
