I found out how to have this mod and Backgrounds and Doors at the same time:

Browse TBOI's local files, go to mods and there you must delete the devil statue on "resources/gfx/bosses/classic" (yes, the one that has the satan boss sprites, since DRIP SATAN mod already includes these)

That's probably because you have conflicting mods installed, try disabling some mods until it works. I suggest you to try with mods that change sprites first

When I use it I just see the statue split in half, I can't use drip angel mod either idk why

Yep, it's possible, but I would recommend you to ask the guy who did the goku drip theme for the angel room
