It doesn't appear on Repentence. I'm guessing the new expansion doesn't work with it?

This is a great character to play with if you prefer up close melee play. I was able to get it paired with the trinket that causes fear when enemies get near you (name escapes me at the moment) and it added just a little bit extra to playing as him. I also was able to get all of the mom items, so I had a knife in front, and in the back, so it made for an enjoyable play though. Thanks! Works great with Rep.

That's probably because you have conflicting mods installed, try disabling some mods until it works. As the comment below says, it glitches with IPECAC Community Mod as an example
