Also check that you have the correct Nursing Homes mod...the original mod by BoostHungry (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=554232266) will not work with these blocks as they have an updated AI from the newer version by t1a2l (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2559105223) that adds Eldercare service to the Nursing Homes.

Just tested, the workshop items load just fine with the mod enabled as do my local copies. They will fail to load when the mod is not enabled, so double-check as it's named "Senior Citizen Center Mod" in the Content Manager.

If you're positive the mod is enabled and are still having problems with them loading, it's likely a mod conflict somewhere. A copy of the relevant log output would help tremendously if so, just start a Discussion here or on the mod page and post it.
