Sure open the vpk, and change in materials folder the vtf called " screen" by any picture you want ( or full black ) and make a vpk again

Any chance you can have a version with the scope being a static image the current scope isn't doing it for me or if you can tell me how to change it that could work too.

Maybe yeah , shotgun are other guns are not worth it , some have weird reloads such as sniper, need to find a way to port it .

I really like this gun But the only downside is this gun. it's a sniper If it was a SCAR it would be 3 times cooler, or if it was an AK-47 it would look better...
