Startpos mods are never save game compatible. You'll need to make a new campaign--the original grand campaign is my recollection, since the different campaigns are all their own "world" in the database.
So you are not planning to update this mod or reupload? This is the only mod that changes this parts of gameplay...
Yeah, it's not very "realistic" I just threw it in to defray costs. It's related to how Attila's food/stats balancing in general is not very "realistic" either.

I like the challenge of Attila in general, so ymmv. I find Rome 2 for instance waaay too easy on campaign map. I did consider adding fertility buildings, but wasn't sure if it would break the balance, so I held back. There are some other mods on the workshop that add fertility though if you want that. Not sure if they'd be compatible though, I'm no expert on modding, literally learned how to do it just to do this because there was nothing up that did what I wanted.
