Love these tent mods. An idea for future mod you could do spacer tech with prefab homes with basic, fine, lavish quality. Just an idea

I just read the change notes for the og camping tents and it said for july 7 that you had to add fuel for the temperature bonuses so I think it was updated. Hopefully you could add this because this is one of my favorite mods.

I will look into it, this is just pulled from the og mod. It could have had an update and thus this one was affected.

I cant use these tents because my colony all dies of heatstroke. I can"t fix this because the cooler doesn't work outside, but this wasn't a problem for the original camping tent mod because it prevented sleeping in heat/sleeping in cold. If you added this I would be so thankful as I can't use the tents in any place that is too hot or cold.

Ah, yes it would probably help if I updated it on steam and not just on my end.

Camp Tent configurable settings for khan yurt is not working and rotate issue not fixed yet. did you forgot my lord? or should i reinstall mod?

Im looking for some tents for my Tribe. Im tired playing as some sort of Space Colonist/Marines. I would like to start my game as tribe and evolve.
I hope this mod help me out with my "imagination" of building civilized (polygamy) tribe

It's about the same all round as the at tent from the required mod

Nice graphics but some of the tents take way more space than what the texture would suggest. Also what's the deal with linkables, is it a legacy leftover with bed type linkables instead of tent CampingLuggages and WoodPile that are in the base tent mod?

While that woullld make historical sense its based off of what we see in game with around 4-8 people per tent, but Ill think about it because it was a very good point!

This may break balance, but I reccomend making the Legion tent allow 10 people to sleep in it. This is because the legion squad, a "contiburnium", which means "tenting together" shared a single tent.

then it won't conflict but it won't be automated by caravan adventure's either since that auto builds a default build of certain items

ok sooooooooooooo that "Storage"tent will be a thing kinda like deep storage soon. Looking into more how the tents work and all. Also looking to change some of these larger ones as well

Thanks Jared, You are no doubt right and I don't intend to demean any of our great modders' efforts on our behalf. Gosh knows I cannot program or mod myself.

Gunnergoz-I think making them basically portable beds is likely the best that can be done with engine limitations. The amount of code necessary to make them like buildings in Pokemon (look like tents on the outside and then upon entering, the tops become transparent and they reveal the interior room space) might be a bit much for novice (unpaid) modders. Although making archotech tents be portable buildings with vast interiors might be interesting.

I love the idea and appearance and appreciate the work that went into them, but how am I to store things in the storage tents? Or set up table and chairs to use them as a mess tent? We seem to be only able to use them to bed down pawns. I haven't tried the Quanset Huts yet, but suspect they are also only for bedding down pawns and not for storage. It would really be useful to have tents that we can actually store stuff in when we are on caravans or if warehouses are not yet built.
