Seems for me it doesn’t like it. I can Plan the surgery, but the drug never gets induced. It lays there and my pawns are still sedated… bummer

Yeah. Love the concept in the game. In real life though, mixing an upper with a downer is a terrible idea in most cases.

@Bullwinkle I'll think about ways to balance it. But I haven't actually touched this mod since I uploaded it

I think there should be a downside to make this balanced. Like high chance of vomiting/cryptosleep sickness or tiny chance of heart attack (higher if person has artery blockage) or increased food consumption.... something.

Love this! Would you consider adding a small chance (like 10% or something) it might make a coma become lighter also if the reason for the coma has been healed? For example my Megasloth had brain damage but it was healed and he was just stuck in a deep coma. I threw everything at him before installing a brain stimulator, now he's fine and if I remove the brain stimulator he's fine too because the damage is gone. Wish the drugs worked though now if he gets shot in the head again and downed I'm not sure if the stimulator will work or not..

Yes @CrackaJack I'll add it to supportedVersions in a sec, it should also be compatible with 1.1 but who is still using that?

It just drops the anesthetic hediff when a pawn receives the WakeUpHigh hediff

nice, it's good if you just put your best fighter for a leg replacement and got attacked.
imho it should be a feature. does it just drop the hediff or do a complete mess from someone with stack of ups and downs of their mood ?
