Found the issue in lua/autorun/m9k_small_arms_4_10_14.lua
Some of the sounds defined in sound.add have the .mp3 extention when it should be .wav
There is also a lot of stuff in there that does not relate to your weapon. Probably best if you remove it to avoid conflicts.

Couldn't create BASS audio stream (unsupported file format)
Failed to load sound "weapons\slayer's kriss\magin.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
Sound files must be in the .wav format to work in gmod

How do you switch back to fully automatic? I acidentaly switched it to semi auto while in the context menu and i couldn't figure out how to switch it back.

thanks! @fremont and i know it's the civilian version and semi auto but I was basing this more off cod ghosts especially with the animations. @TheOnyxWolf

If you removed the smoke spray upon hitting a wall, you've removed the biggest flaw of this weapon. Seriously, realism doesn't imply that when a .45ACP projectile hits a concrete wall, the spray is equivalent to a smoke grenade.
