Sorry for the late response; as stated in the description, Action 2 activates takeoff assist (this is usually bound to 2 on either the main keyboard or the numpad)

At about 30mph, turn on the takeoff assist, and as soon as you leave the ground change into flight mode. Make sure you don't keep the takeoff assist activated for too long, or you'll pitch up too much and stall out. Also, always take off in third gear
