I need this with Toggleit I've found, as using one just cripples me somehow, like seeing StayHungryStayFoolish's "nice layout of traffic lines".
There are no options for the mod. I believe it is just there to confirm it's loaded. I wouldn't know.
Only subscribe to one. Disabled = a lie, ignore it. With the exception of the ones included in the base game as a reference, disabled = enabled. Unsubscribing or "excluding" using LOM is the only way to turn off a mod, subscribing and enabling is generally to turn it on. Don't trust *just* disabling, especially as these too will probably give you a duplicate assembly.
I know it is said to be either using this or BP's version but could it be that we have to have the original mod downloaded but disabled, so this one uses some referenced files etc?
So now I know why I had invisible tours even on *cough* my "vanilla" city.
Finally subbing now. :)
