I do not recommend using this mod.
This is an unsolvable problem right now.
If the moral guide loses the role by using the ability, he can continue to use the ability.
A great example is, my tribal play-through I want them to become trans-humanists, but for now I have to start with a meme which makes no sense as body modding doesn't exist for a neolithic people.
Being able to select a meme to add or remove would be great, however I'd be interested to see how it interacts with precepts.
Really the in-game UI around ideologies should have some basic ability to slowly change.

One question .. would it be possible to add an option to disable the "Moral guide can transform ideology memes" feature like you have with the "Periodically, the ideology transformed" one in the Mod Settings?
Say my master shooter after getting rid of supremacy.
Unfortunately I would like to provide an option to make it non-random, but that is difficult for me.

- meme transform ability cooldown: 20 -> 5 days
- meme add/remove ability cooldown to share
- When changing the meme with the priest's ability, the certainty of all colonists who believe in the ideology is reduced (when it reaches 0%, it will change to a different ideology at random)
I would say for balance there will be a great cooldown and you have to choose to either remove or add one, you can exchange them
I assume this means maximum 2?
