@Monitii this is way deprecated at this point, try the tacticaldude's shmovment addon linked in the addon description or my other replies. it lets you configure the movement fov intensity and has other features which can be toggled aswell

could there be a way to tone it down maybe?

@Zader while im not aware of anything that specifically adds in fov effects for vehicles, you could maybe try this ? cant guarantee that its what youre looking for but it might work. it does have its fair bit of customization too

@Zader again, not my addon and i dont really know much lua. this is also very deprecated and i recommend using a different addon altogether. im only keeping this public for archival

not much i can do about that since this isnt my addon and i have very minimal knoweldge of lua scripting. i can however recommend shmovment as an alternative that shouldnt conflict

if the addon didnt break due to gmod updates, then yes. there should be a fov modifier slider in the settings tab in the spawnmenu from what i remember

Somehow messes with the Third Person Over Shoulder addon, I'm still kinda scared if there's a slight chance that this is backdoored.
