You would have to depbo and edit the scripts. An easier method would be to use Alias's original scripts in the mission folder.
For using them with triggers, spawning occasionally, without mod requirements, look at Alias's workshop page. The scripts are all his work and his originals will can do all of those things.
The best way to do that is use ALIAS's original scripts and put a sleep before them.

Yes, but you can avoid this by using ALIAS's original scripts.
