It does what the tooltip says, you have to double click to change it.

What happens if the Age Group for Child is set higher than 0? Would that prevent a child colonist from spawning for a specified time? Or would the colonist have an unspecified age for awhile? Like, infancy, I'm thinking.

Stem Reconstruction is a modify label, so it'll affect the ages.

When changing the age limits, especially from middle age to senior, does it take into account the Stem Reconstruction tech? This tech changes by 20 sols the time when a middle aged person becomes senior.
For example:
If I have set the middle age to be up to 60 and senior to start at 60, once I research the Stem Reconstruction tech will this limit move to 79 and 80 respectively or this mod ignores the change occurring from this tech?
