Yo whats up fellow gamers! I see yall agree that the on/off speed is too fast for these lights. Well I found a solution! Just click on the VIDEO next to the GIFS.

It does seem to make sense, I mean if they have search lights on, why not the rides and such to if people can't see the search lights they can see the Carnival was still "alive"
