That's how I analysed this. It makes no sense, but complain to CA for the terrorboy being too expensive.
I don't know how to make my own mods for any game so I had nothing else to hope for.
And you are one of the better modders for Warhammer 2 that makes stuff that feels "natural" for this game. Instead of feeling like "mod" like your doing what CA should have done years ago.
