pro tip: you should make the audio files mono instead of stereo so that the sound has directional audio

OI, IF YOURE HAVING TROUBLE WITH LIP SYNCAGE, THERES A PC APP CALLED "Faceposer" (made by valve). You gotta download "Source SDK" to access it. (It's on steam and stuff. Also, once its downloaded, I suggest you lookup how to actually open it. There are a few helpful youtube videos about it.)

Videos have been added to hear some of these sounds. The TF2 lines shown will be finished then uploaded to TF2 mod sites eventually
