Uses the free wheels not DLC if you are using a projector in suvival or creative the wheels will not show until you build the wheel mount on the vehicle. The wheels should spawn if you place it in from the blueprint menu

What wheels does this use? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but when I spawn the projection wheels just don't spawn..
