Unfortunately I wont be updating this mod anymore. I have moved on to ASA. I will slowly start a new chibi drops mod for ASA. Prolly in a different way. I would like to try a version that will drop the chibis from the dinos.

You can find "GameUserSettings.ini" inside of steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor.

You will need to open "GameUserSettings.ini" and add


[ChibiDrops]
ChibiDropPercent=5


Then you change the number to whatever you like. I hope this helps. :)

@owfran2022 I like the idea of adding another ini setting to control the number of drops. But I'm waiting to see what's up with Ark in UE5 before I do any more modding.

@richardtherat I just got back into ark after a while, I had a better idea than changing rarity, but instead is there a way to make a configurable number of chibis spawn per beacon? Like if I wanted each crate to have 3 random chibis instead of one.

That's the mod to have. The way it works is really cool. What makes it compatable to beacon changing mods.

Awesome, that's good to hear. I have only tested on the island, but in theory this should work on any map that uses SupplyCrateBaseBP as the base for the drops.

Works well with Fjordur (Y) A thumbs up for now, as i cant rate the mod yet. I like the config, tho i find 5% chance at a Chibi is very balanced :)

hey dude, i love the idea of the mod, but im having difficulty adjusting the drop percent chance for the supply crates. which ini do i edit? im kinda new to this, so an assist is appreciated. thank you !
