Their description on pastebin says they have very high damage but limited range, like Number One locust. However their range is in fact unlimited, essentially giving you four incredibly powerful locusts.
Just got several runes and soulstones from killing enemies with fruit cake...

I considered doing that, however due to how common and low quality they are, I decided against it, hence why I only kept it to Blank Card + Clear Rune + Rune Bag. I'll consider Placebo, though there isn't an "enemy drop pill" effect hardcoded into the game, I'd have to code it myself
normal t.appolyon you take all the good items and void the trash
with this you have more opportunities to void actually good items, meaning yes your locusts will be better but you won't be getting as many good times as before if you choose to void more
the others have 20-40 locusts, but this has 250+ wow
