This mod should not interfere with the new textures. If you have problems, it must be some other mod.

I don't know if your mod is causing it or if it's another one, but as of the new patch there were some new textures added to old sprite sheets, and you should check and make sure yours isn't making some of the new textures invisible. (For example. when I play with mods the C-Section bullet babies are invisible)
