I was watching videos from Chechnya here, during the First Chechen War, and there a soldier threw an unbuttoned jacket over himself... How about adding something similar to the mod?

The Chernarussian 2S1s have RHS CDF crewmen

Probably too minor of an issue, but for some reason all redfor factions do not appear in DRO. They do appear in DCO for some reason tho.

Any plans for future updates?

I find these M88 uniform models to be much much better than the other versions. Any chance of more uniforms in a new mod or a update?

Excellent mod.
Just a couple of comments for possible improvements:

1. Winter versions of groups for each faction.
Appears to only be on CDF currently.

2. Armoured platoons/sections

Fantastic mod

Please be advised that the SSH helmets are using higher ballistic protection than those in RHS - similar to kevlar helmets. Probably should be closer to that of the M1 and other metal ones, right?

@Sir Kydric : Great work on this. Noticed during a DRO that the Working Man's Defence Alliance and Russian factions are not represented in the factions menu; not sure what's up with that, no idea how DRO determines these things. National Party and CDF appeared fine. Also that the National Party of Chernarus seem to not have any spare RPG rounds for any of their gunners.

Love this mod, everything feels perfect and the details of the units are 10/10. I wanted to ask if you ever thought about making a lightweight NATO force (Like US, UK, etc.) as part of this conflict idea, using RHS Blu For equipment? Maybe small embedded SF/Recon elements who are the "eyes" of NATO (but on the ground) for an extra dimension to this cool conflict?

Hey friends, haven't responded in a while, but I hoped to mention that I will be slowly working towards an update, hopefully to be done in 2021 with a lot of new additions.

Inspirations for this come from Arma 3 community content made with the mod from people such as - YegorTheLlama (on r/arma and r/ArmaPhotography), Aldanimarki (r/arma and the "Government of the Republic of Chernarus" Youtube channel) and many more people using their artistic capabilities to portray a 90's Chernarus Conflict setting.

Thank you for sticking with the mod and enjoying it! I am always willing to hear of units making operations with the mod, events and if there is more artists out there. The problems there are with some namings and unit configs will have to wait, because they are extremely difficult to change and would take weeks that I can instead use to make new content. Stay tuned!

Can you seprate the desert and winter units into their own factions, otherwise these units cant really be used for anything besides manual handplaced missions.

minor thing but for the WMDA uniforms what you call kamysh is typically called podlesok
and kamysh is typical what you refer to as tigr, you are not wrong but could create some confusion. i only know as i went down the RUS camo rabbit hole when doing the Gorkas for 3CB

I hope Sir Kydric and Caselius can fix this, so we all can play with these beauties in missions.

You need to seperate all the factions into proper groups/year etc. The way it is now it's useless in anything but scenarios where you hand place units.

Excellent mod, but as JRCOBRA and Free Assange said there is a problem when selecting some factions in dynamic missions. Hope you can fix it. Thanks for the hard work.

@Liberty Bull I will be working towards that and not only, for now I am keeping progression slow as to not update way too often for people who want to make scenarios and stuff, but I am considering a late 90's early 2000's progression with the 90's looks sticking in some capacity.

If you feel like adding anything else to this, a TTSKO variant of your 6B3 vest would be great. I'm using the Mountain variant of the Kaska M93 helmet from RHS GREF which is almost a perfect match, but if you would also do your excellent TTSKO camo as a variant of it as well it would be all thats needed to then also have a "modern progression" for the CDF.

@Free Assange I have that as well it is strange because it looks like they have everything set up right sadly some mods just don't work with the dynamic recon stuff so unless they update it kind of out of luck.

I have a problem with this mod. I try to launch 3 different Dynamic recon ops missions.

But I can not select the russian or chdkz factions. Only Indfor.

Can someone help with this? Or is this a bug?

Yeah I had figured it out, turns out the server I was using had an outdatted RHS mod so I deleted and reinstalled all RHS and it worked. Sorry for the trouble man.
