Bumped rival spawn sol to max of 999.

Would it be possible to change the max spawn Sol to like 999? For existing games beyond Sol 100 I think the rivals don't spawn anymore.

That said, I agree with jalang's suggestion. I think it would be awesome if the ability to pick the rivals was added.

Did I miss something? I meant is it possible to pick the rivals (instead of rivals being random) and then pick the date when they spawn?

Perhaps make it possible to decide what the rivals will be? I guess I am kinda boring, but having the goofy ones kinda destroys the suspension of disbelief for me.

Adds rivals on new games as well instead of only on saved games.
Mod options to delay spawning rivals.

Could you add an option to this to spawn rivals after a user-entered sol value, or random range?
Idea being player gets a user-set sol headstart on milestones.
