Thing is, WARDEN is a policing AI. There's no obvious reason why he would have Heavy Lifters under his direct control, because those have limited use in stopping food riots or containing New Plague outbreaks. It would seem to make more sense to me that WARDEN would take control of the robots he had before the war first.
The first is caravan equipment, and that's fine.
The second is vehicles, and the submod isn't registering what I have for that.
The third is convoys, and I don't have any boats yet.

The main equipment which is used in place of trains is caravan equipment. If your nation doesn't start with them they're in the vehicle tab, but this is what they look like:

Especially, that could be nice 'cause mod creator urges to use this mod instead of his own. Or is it compitable with this submod?
